Membership

Membership dues are for the club year from September to May.  You may join at any time during the year.

Printable Membership Application and Directory Ad Forms

To print the form, click on the link of the file type that works best for you, and print with your printer.  Then complete and mail your printed form, along with your check to the address below. You can also join at one of the meetings and pay by cash, check, visa, mastercard or discover. Membership fees are $35.00 after September 1, 2010. $12.00 for seniors (60 and older). Mail to:
