Independence Day Children's Parade - July 2011

The Flower Mound Independence Day Parade was a great day for kids of all ages.  Women of Flower Mound volunteers wrapped and served hot dogs, donated by local merchants and grilled by the Summit Club, to the happy crowd.  One of our Founding Members, Helen Johns chaired the event for the Women of Flower Mound.

Holiday Stroll - Santa Pictures - December 2010, 

The Holiday Stroll in Parker Square celebrates the festive, family atmosphere of Flower Mound in a winter holiday environment.  The Women of Flower Mound helps with Santa picrtures at the Stroll.  We always have a great time with the children, and proceeds go to our scholarship fund.

Christian Community Action

Volunteer opportunities with CCA are year round! The food warehouse and pantry provide and excellent opportunity for volunteers of all ages, groups and individuals.  Jobs range from sorting canned goods to pricing and shelving food items.  Volunteers also serve as checkers and stockers in the store.
